Al Hatab Rewards is a program offered by Al Hatab Foods, designed to reward our customers across all our branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The program is based on collecting points that can later be redeemed for exclusive offers and discounts.
Joining is free and easy – Sign up here and start earning points and enjoying exclusive benefits

You can join by registering through this link or by visiting any of our branches and signing up at the cashier.
After completing your profile, you’ll receive 2,500 bonus welcome points – on us!

You can earn points by simply sharing your mobile number with the cashier when making a purchase at any of our branches.
Note: Don't forget to always share your mobile number with the cashier at checkout to make sure you earn your points!

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and issuance.

You earn between 2 to 6 points per 1 SAR spent, depending on the product category.
Points are calculated on the total amount paid, including VAT.
Your earned points will be added to your account within 24 to 48 hours after your purchase.

Once you accumulate 3,000 points or more, you can redeem them for a discount on your bill, activate special offers, or purchase selected products.
The minimum redemption amount is SAR 6 (equal to 3,000 points).
The redemption rate is 500 points = 1 SAR.

Unfortunately, points cannot be added retroactively for purchases made before you joined the program.
