Returns & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted with the original invoice.
- Returned or exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition as at the time of purchase, with the packaging intact.
- Customers may return or exchange pre-packaged products intended for sale (such as honey and olive oil).
- Exchange: Within a maximum of 4 days from the date of purchase.
- Return: Within a maximum of 2 days from the date of purchase.
- In case of a return, if the purchase was paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash, provided the goods are in good condition and meet the stated requirements.
- If exchanging for a product of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.
- If exchanging for a product of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
For your safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All types of bread, baked goods, salads, and cheese, whether packaged or sold individually.
- Opened, damaged, or improperly stored products.
- Special orders.
- Discounted items or pieces.
- If Al Hatab Rewards points were used (fully or partially) to pay for the invoice, all products listed on that invoice are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
